The City of Mondovi collects taxes for the county in December through January 31 each year.

Dog License:
Dog Licenses are renewed annually at the same time as tax collection. To download the dog license form please click here.
There are additional registration requirements for certain breeds categorized as "Regulated Dogs" within the City of Mondovi. Click here to see the details of the ordinance.
*Wisconsin State Statute requires the owner of any dog more than 5 months of age on January 1st of any year or 5 months of age within the license year, to annually, or within 30 days from the date such dog becomes 5 months of age, pay the dog license fee and obtain a license.
Dog License purchased after April 1st will be assessed a late fee.

To qualify, you must:
- be at least 18 years old.
- meet criminal record requirements, and
- must show proof you have completed a responsible beverage server course within the last two years or held a license within the last two years.
If training is needed call your local Vocational, Technical and Adult Education School, or see "Training" on the Dept. of Revenue website of a state approved class. Click here for a listing of approved classes.

Park Reservations:Only two facilities are available through reservation with the City of Mondovi and all others are on a first come basis. To reserve the Tourist Park shelter or cabin, please call the City of Mondovi at 715-926-3866.Internet reservations are not accepted at this time.

Cost is $100 per day plus a $60 refundable deposit after inspection of the facility following the event.
